Boost performance and alignment in a distributed IT team for an innovative pharmaceutical company

Client: A Swiss pharmaceutical company headquartered in Zurich. It develops, manufactures and internationally markets well-proven and innovative pharmaceuticals in novel drug delivery forms.

Improve transparency and performance of new shared services IT team, ensure a better alignment of global and nearshore leadership, provide recommendations for continuous improvement of communications and delivery processes.

Radenia conducted several interviews with key global technology stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities in collaboration within distributed teams. We also shared our experience and best practices in making different segments of global IT services organization more aligned, including by respecting cultural differences.

We also worked closely with the leadership of nearshore shared services center to improve prioritization across services and projects portfolio, scope management, communications and motivation of staff. We held a seminar with the entire nearshore team to help to align strategic priorities and operational level, boost performance and motivation, unlock the full potential of IT talents of the team.
